Exchange Policy
1. It is your responsibility to check the condition of any goods received at the time of delivery. If the goods are defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately for an exchange. Any other reasons will not be accepted for exchange.
2. The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety concerns: (a) all personal hygiene products and consumables (such as hand sanitizers, masks, etc), and (b) all food and beverages.
3. All returned goods must be unused and the original packaging, tags and parts must be intact. Goods that have been opened, used, damaged or have missing parts cannot be replaced.
4. In the event that you would like to claim an exchange, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will require valid receipt and photo evidence of the faulty products. No exchange will be available after the 7-day period.
5. Please return the products to this address within 7 days from the request for an exchange: Unit M, 1/F., Kaiser Estate, Phase 3, 11 Hok Yuen Street, Hunghom, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
6. The customer must bear all transportation costs and risks involved in the process of returning the goods.
7. Only one exchange request can be made per each order which may include several products.
8. You can only exchange your product for the same model.
