Delivery Service
a) For purchase amount HKD500 net or above, customers are entitled to free delivery service to one location except for outlying islands and remote areas.
b) We offer free delivery service to areas in Hong Kong island, Kowloon and New Territories. For remote areas, please call us for further details. Delivery service is unavailable to the locations including Hong Kong International Airport, frontier closed areas, all outlying islands (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung).
c) For net purchase amount less than HKD500 net, additional $90 of delivery charge will apply.
d) An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses, you need to place a separate order for each address.
e) Orders will be processed and delivered in 3-4 working days under normal circumstances, subject to stock availability and delivery schedule. Delivery is made from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
f) You will receive a call notification from our courier prior to the arrival of the goods. Please check whether all your purchased items are delivered against the delivery note, then sign and return the delivery note to our courier to confirm receipt.
g) All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery or holidays.
h) If you do not receive your purchased items due to non-attendance at the delivery appointment or inaccurate address given, we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery.
i) Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, you will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
j) In case of any dispute, Top Label reserves the right of final decision.
